Download the file either for full or semi transparent icon zip and place on sd card
Go into cwm
Go to mounts & mount system
Go to install zip from sd card
Go to where you downloaded the icon zip file
Select the zip file then select yes
Restart your phone

This is the above mod without the brightness slider but it will not work with the default Chobits launcher
For it to work either
Use holo launcher - will work straight away
